Eligibility:

• The Toy Kingdom Win 1 of 50 Amazing Toys promo is open to all active Toy Kingdom Amazing Card, SM Advantage Card (SMAC), and SM Advantage Card Prestige members.

How to Join?

1. Purchase any item(s) at the Toy Expo with a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000.00 from August 13 to 16, 2026 only.
2. Present your valid TKAC or SMAC (physical card or via the SMAC&SHOP App) to the cashier upon payment.
3. Qualified transactions will automatically be recorded by the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
4. If a qualified transaction matches the designated winning transaction sequence programmed in the POS system, the customer will instantly receive a winning receipt or winning coupon generated by the POS.
5. A total of fifty (50) winners will be generated through the POS system during the promo period.
6. Fifty (50) winners will each receive one (1) Amazing Toy from Toy Kingdom.
7. The specific prize item shall be determined by Toy Kingdom.

How to win and claim a prize?

1. Winning transactions will be determined through the POS system using the pre-determined every 55th qualified transaction sequence among eligible purchases meeting the minimum purchase requirement.
2. Only qualified transactions that satisfy all promo requirements shall be eligible to win.
3. All decisions made by International Toyworld, Inc (in consultation with the DTI) relating to this promotion will be deemed final.
4. Winners will be instantly notified through the winning receipt or coupon automatically generated by the POS system.
5. To claim the prize, winners must proceed to the Stage Area at the event venue and present the following:
   • Original transaction receipt; and
   • Original winning receipt or winning coupon generated by the POS system.
6. If, on any promo day, the designated winning transaction(s) cannot be awarded because there are insufficient qualified transactions or no customer meets the promo requirements, the corresponding unawarded prize(s) shall be carried over to the next promo day.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Prizes are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash, credit, or any other prize item.
2. International Toyworld, Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and the authenticity of all winning transactions prior to awarding the prize.
3. By participating in the promo, winners agree to the use of their name, photograph, image, and likeness for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
4. All questions or disputes relating to the promo mechanics, eligibility, and winner determination shall be resolved by International Toyworld, Inc., with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws and DTI regulations.
5. Employees of International Toyworld, Inc., Digital Advantage Corp., its affiliates, partner agencies, and their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.
