Recommended for ages 8 years and up
Set Up the Game: Unfold the game board and place it on a flat surface. Each player chooses a token — maybe a surfboard, beach hat, or jeepney — and places it on “GO.” Shuffle the Chance and Community Chest cards, then place them face down on their marked spots. Everyone starts with 1,500 in Monopoly money from the Bank. 
Roll the Dice and Move: Players take turns rolling two dice. Move your token clockwise around the board according to your roll. The space you land on determines your action — buy a beach, draw a card, pay rent, or maybe take a trip to “Go to Jail!”
Buy Beach Properties: If you land on an unowned beach, you can buy it by paying the listed price to the Bank. You’ll receive a Title Deed card showing rent prices and property details. If you choose not to buy, the property is auctioned and other players can bid.
Build Your Beach Empire: Collect all beaches of the same color to form a color set. Once you own a set, you can start building Cottages and then upgrade them into Resorts — increasing rent and making your properties the hottest vacation spots in the Philippines!
Collect Rent and Manage Your Finances: When opponents land on your beaches, they pay you rent. Be wise with your money — you can mortgage properties if you’re short on cash or trade with others to complete sets. The goal is to stay financially afloat while growing your beach empire.
Win the Game: Play continues until all but one player are bankrupt. The last remaining player — or the richest when a time limit is set — becomes the ultimate Beach Tycoon of the Philippines! So roll the dice, make smart deals, and turn your favorite islands into your personal paradise.
