    • Seven (7) – Nine (9) years old with One Parent each participant
    • Ten (10) – Twelve (12) years old with One Parent each participant
    1. Registration for each mall will be done separately should a participant opt to join multiple mall event.

      2. Customer's personal information are protected by our Data Privacy Policy.
      3. Marshall and Toy Kingdom Representative (Branch Manager or Supervisor Head) will be the one to oversee the contest with concurrence of a DTI Representative per venue. They will have a copy of the scoresheet to monitor and review the scoring.
      4. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by International Toyworld Inc.
      5. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of International Toyworld Inc with prior approval of DTI.
      6. All employees of SM Mart Inc., International Toyworld Inc., One Tree South, their subsidiary companies; their advertising agencies, and their relatives, up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion.
      7. Toy Kingdom may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
