- The electronic raffle draw will be held at the DAC Head Office at 5th Floor, Bldg. A, SM Retail Headquarters, J.W Diokno Blvd. Mall of Asia Complex CBP-1A, Pasay City. The draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative.

All winners will be notified via mail, email, SMS and phone call for them to determine when and how they may claim their prize.

Winners must present the following when claiming their prize at the Toy Kingdom branch where they have won:
a.) Email notification letter.
b.) SMAC Card, SMAC Prestige, Toy Kingdom Amazing Card.
c.) Two (2) valid IDs (with promo and signature) - Shopper may win only once.
- Prizes are not convertible to cash or another prize item but transferable. Tax will be shouldered by Toy Kingdom.
- Winners have up to 60 days (about 2 months) after the receipt of notification to claim the promo size; after which prizes shall be forfeited in favor of Toy Kingdom, with prior approval of DTI.
- All employees of SM Mart Inc, International Toy World Inc., Digital Advantage Corp., New Directions, their subsidiary companies; their advertising agencies and relatives, up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion
- Toy Kingdom may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
