The Special "Creeper" Rule
This version includes a unique Wild Creeper (TNT) card. The rule for this card is different from standard action cards:
When Drawn: If you draw a Wild Creeper card from the draw pile, you must immediately show it to all other players.
The Penalty: As a "self-destruct" penalty for drawing it, you must then draw 3 additional cards from the pile.
Chain Reactions: If any of the three additional cards you draw are also Creeper cards, you do not have to show them or draw more cards; you simply keep them in your hand.
Playing the Card: Once it is in your hand, it acts like a standard Wild card, allowing you to play it at any time and choose the color that continues play.

The deck typically includes 112 cards:
Number Cards: 19 cards each of Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow (0-9).
Standard Action Cards: 8 each of Draw Two, Reverse, and Skip (2 in each color).
Wild Cards: 4 standard Wild cards and 4 Wild Draw Four cards.
Special Cards: 4 Wild Creeper cards.
